Pallet conveyor system

The modular design of the components, combined with the energy-saving and frequency-controlled drive technology, enables flexible internal goods transportation.

Optimally arranged standard system elements enable the transportation of Euro pallets, half pallets and plastic pallets with loads of up to 1,500 kg. Robust, low-maintenance components such as pallet roller conveyors, turntables and chain conveyors ensure outstanding reliability and uptime.

The identification and inspection of pallets significantly contribute to operational safety and help to prevent disruptions and downtime in automated conveyor and storage facilities.

Pallets are inspected for:

• Weight
• Foot clearance
• Hanging deck boards
• Deflection
• Misaligned or oversized loads

We use high-performance transfer carts equipped with single- or multi-position conveyors. With conveyor speeds of up to 3 m/s and intelligent electronics, they can effortlessly handle high-capacity requirements.

Vertical transportation is handled by powerful lifts and hoists.
