Denner Lyss - first digitalised system of Gilgen Logistic

The distribution centre of Denner Lyss is home to our first digitalised system. Augmented reality was already used in the sales phase. Now AR supports maintenance and customer services and provides a lot of information about the system quickly and easily.

With the fully digitalised system, Denner can directly access all information such as spare part numbers and order directly without searching through long lists. Together with the animated instructions, safety in handling the system is increased and errors are reduced.

This is a just-in-time know-how transfer. At the same time, the process at Gilgen Logistics is also being speeded up and simplified.

For example, where up to now hundreds of paper pages were used for parts lists in assembly production, the process will now be almost exclusively digital.
