Our Own Control System – Intelligent, Integrated, Scalable
At Gilgen Logistics, we develop the control and software solutions for our intralogistics systems entirely in-house. The flexible and scalable control system is designed to adapt seamlessly to changes and future expansions.
The result: maximum efficiency, outstanding reliability and complete control – from planning to commissioning.
A large portion of the control software is generated automatically from CAD and electrical CAD data. This reduces manual effort, minimises sources of error and significantly speeds up project implementation.
Our in-house developed software forms the core of:
- system automation,
- safety-critical functions,
- and intuitive user interfaces and visualisation solutions.
In addition, we provide standardised interfaces for connecting to higher-level warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP or MES platforms. The result is dynamic, smooth-running logistics processes with maximum transparency.
Because we develop our software in-house, Gilgen Logistics remains independent from external software suppliers. This ensures flexibility, shortens response times and provides our customers with long-term investment security.
