With our innovative destacker, which not only recognises containers but also destacks them by type, you automatically bring order and efficiency to your process.
To automate the subsequent process of unsorted packs on a pallet, we have developed the pack denester. The integrated Visio system automatically detects the size and colour of the packs. If identical containers are stacked on top of each other, they are removed together at the top. The same containers are transferred to the downstream conveyor system and can be reassembled by type and transferred to the downstream process.

This customised system is used in returns logistics and automates, simplifies and speeds up the entire process enormously. A maximum of up to 7000 packs can be processed per hour.
