Compact & efficient buffering
Storing goods on belt conveyors allows for a highly compact buffer system, enabling goods to be stored with maximum density. It is even possible to achieve seamless storage depending on the type of goods being transported.
The buffer lanes are powered by means of an overhead drive. All essential drive components are compactly arranged on the transfer cart, which loads and unloads the buffer lanes.
Two transfer carts on the same track system provide redundancy to ensure maximum availability. This means that even if maintenance work is being carried out on one cart, the buffer remains fully operational.
