Requirements

In summer 2012, Geberit commissioned Gilgen for the mechanical and electrical modernisation and retrofit of four automatic pallet lifts. In the previous year Gilgen took over the sector of coveying systems of the company Schindler Switzerland.

Logistics solution

By renewing the control and drive systems and the positioning systems of the four pallet lifts the operational safety was improved and the availability increased massively. The availability of spare parts for the next 10 years is ensured.
