The services comprise: servicing (preventive maintenance) and repair work (repairs, faults, replacements, etc.), spare part procurement, system analysis and consultancy, refurbishment and retrofit.

  • 1st level Support
    On-site system support during normal working hours guarantees a high level of availability thanks to the low number and short duration of breakdowns.
  • 2nd level Support
    You look after the system with your own personnel; we service the system in accordance with our checklists at regular intervals and are available 24 hours a day to deal with faults and repairs through our breakdown Service.
  • 3rd level Support
    You look after and service your system yourself; where the need arises our service technicians provide support during maintenance inspections and are available 24 hours a day through our breakdown and repair service. Our team will be pleased to help find the perfect time for the maintenance of your System.
