The situation with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic is actually very serious that some suppliers had to shut down their factories. The closure of these plants has a significant impact on our deliverability. We try to do everything that we can serve you as out important customer at any time.

The current COVID-19 pandemic is an exceptional case, the duration and impact cannot yet be sufficiently predicted. We do everything to minimize the impact on you.

Gilgen Logistics is aware of its social responsibility. Therefore, we will maintain our delivery and service for the "critical infrastructure" as long as possible. Ensuring the delivery and service capability for the production facilities, which include the area health, nutrition, logistics and energy has top priority.

Our customer service and software support are still available for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
