Menu and More, Spreitenbach (CH)
An- und Auslieferung à la carteMenu and More AG cooks and delivers fresh, healthy meals to numerous schools and nurseries in German-speaking Switzerland every day. The company was founded in 2004 and continues the almost 150-year history of Zurich's public and municipal kitchens. In the summer of 2025, Menu and More AG moved to ECOPARK TIVOLI in Spreitenbach – its previous location on Sihlquai in the city of Zurich had become too cramped.
Initial situation:
Limited manoeuvring spaceAlthough the move to ECOPARK TIVOLI provides the company with sufficient space for production, transport logistics would still have been a tight squeeze at the new location. What was needed was a space-saving infrastructure for deliveries and shipments to ensure that lorries and vans could manoeuvre easily.
Solution:
Lowerable lifting platformsWe implemented a delivery infrastructure with eight gates and external lifting platforms for Menu and More AG. What makes this special is that the lifting platforms can be lowered completely to create more space for trucks to turn around if necessary. The lifting platforms are also equipped with fold-out railings to ensure maximum safety. In addition to the eight smaller roller doors, we have installed a large lorry door with a loading ramp and an insulated docking station.
