Introducing Melanie Meyer, Project Manager for Loading Technology. As soon as a project gets the green light, she takes the reins: She designs the equipment, coordinates all parties involved, and oversees the project through to the completion of installation at the customer’s site.
Melanie finds it particularly exciting to plan and implement custom systems. Her personal highlights on the job are those moments when a 3D plan becomes reality and she sees the systems in full size and in action for the first time. Take, for example, a project for SBB in Yverdon: two 18-meter-long lifting platforms and four 6-meter-long loading ramps—that really impressed her.
What Melanie appreciates most about #TeamGilgen is her easygoing colleagues, the positive work environment, and her varied work, which challenges and challenges her anew every day.
