In this video, we show how a commissioning process at Gilgen Logistics actually unfolds: The container conveyor system is brought online step by step, with the conveyor frequency continuously increased—in a controlled, methodical manner and with an eye for detail. Any errors that arise are corrected immediately before proceeding to the next step in the ramp-up process.
Just as important to us as the technology itself is knowledge transfer. Our experts train the operator’s staff directly on-site in the day-to-day operation of the system, in identifying malfunctions, and in independently resolving disruptions. After all, a system is truly reliable only when the operator understands and masters it.
