Also in the future, we will keep placing emphasis on personal, customised and competent advice for your intralogistics system as well as your lifting and loading technology. Gilgen Customer Service ensures that we provide optimum support throughout the entire service life of your system and that your system is always state-of-the-art.
With Adrian Kocher as the new head of our Customer Service and Loading Technology (KD&VT) Divisions, which are based in Brislach, as well as a new member of the Management Board, we will be strengthening our KD&VT Divisions. With his many years of experience in the logistics and construction industries and his outstanding knowledge of the customer service business, he will give Gilgen Logistics new momentum. He will assume responsibility as of 1 January 2019.
Mr Martin Brcanski took up the position of branch manager in Dortmund on 1 September 2018. With his personality and his experience in the customer service business, he and his team ensure competent and impeccable service in Germany.
