Sterile transport of items going to and from operating theatres, such as medical instruments, blood supplies, surgical waste and so, is also possible using special containers. The containers can be taken out of circulation at any time for automatic wet-disinfection and cleaning, thus ensuring that top standards of hygiene are maintained.
